In November 2027, iTravel2Getaway is hosting an unforgettable journey through Ghana — a country rich in history, heritage, and heart. This isn’t your average group trip — this is Ghana done the iTravel2Getaway way: luxury accommodations, curated cultural experiences, and intentional moments that connect you to the soul of West Africa.

We’ll begin in Accra, Ghana’s vibrant capital, where modern energy meets deep tradition. From there, we’ll journey along the coast to explore the historic Cape Coast and Elmina Castles, powerful UNESCO World Heritage Sites that tell stories of resilience and strength. We’ll walk the canopy bridge at Kakum National Park, take part in a traditional Ashanti naming ceremony, and enjoy a balance of exploration and relaxation — from bustling markets to beachside sunsets.

This experience is designed to honor culture, history, and connection — blending meaningful excursions with premium comfort and exclusive touches throughout. Spaces will be limited, and once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Itinerary & Accommodations
All itineraries, accommodations, and scheduled experiences are subject to change at any time. Comparable alternatives will be provided, or adjustments will be made within the overall trip experience. This applies to all aspects of the itinerary, including hotels.

Participation & Occupancy
Guests must be available for all scheduled travel dates. No refunds or adjustments will be issued for missed portions of the trip. Packages are based on the selected booked occupancy (up to 2 per booking). Additional travelers require separate accommodations.

Payment Terms
All payment plans require automatic monthly billing.

• For double occupancy packages, separate payments must be requested at the time of registration.

• Requests to modify payment due dates must be submitted in writing via email at least 5 days prior to the scheduled billing date.

Late Payments & Cancellation
A 10-day grace period is permitted. Payments not received by 5 PM EST on day 10 will incur a $100 late fee per traveler.

Accounts 25 days past due will be subject to cancellation. Any resulting changes to room occupancy may increase the cost for remaining travelers.

Final Payment
All balances must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to departure. Reservations not paid in full by this deadline will be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Refund Policy
All payments, including deposits and fees, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel insurance claims must be submitted directly to the provider.
