Monthly Payment Information

For bookings on a payment plan, automatic monthly payments are required.

• To adjust your monthly due date, please complete checkout and email info@itravel2getaway.com within 5 days of your upcoming payment.

Late Payments

• A 10-day grace period is provided after your due date.

• Payments not received by 10 PM EST on day 10 will incur a $100 late fee per traveler.

• Accounts 25 days past due are subject to cancellation. This may result in adjusted pricing for remaining travelers in the room.

Important Policies

• All payments, including deposits and late fees, are non-refundable and non-transferable unless covered by travel insurance.

• Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to departure. Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation per our standard policy.

These policies are strictly enforced to ensure a seamless travel experience.
